Application Requirement

For best results, your brand needs a high quality, professional account with over 10,000 followers. The exact bar depends on your category and competition.

Why Content Systems Break

Buying a batch of videos is not the same as building a content engine

Most UGC programs stop at creator discovery or file delivery. The brand is still left to write briefs, chase revisions, manage access, schedule posts, handle payments, replace unreliable creators, and decide what to make next.

Creator sourcing starts from zero every month

Finding, vetting, and onboarding creators is a full time job. Most brands restart the search every time a campaign ends.

The best content arrives without a publishing system

Files land in a folder. Nobody owns handles, scheduling, or cadence, so strong content never becomes a strong presence.

Feedback lives in scattered messages and spreadsheets

Revisions, approvals, rights, and payments spread across channels until nobody can say what was agreed or delivered.

No one turns performance into the next brief

Winning hooks and formats are never identified, so the next round of content starts from guesswork again.

The missing product is not another marketplace. It is managed creator operations.

What Makes This Different

We manage what happens after you find the creator

SocialThriveLab owns the handoffs between each stage. You see the plan, approve the important decisions, and receive clear reporting without becoming the project manager.

Distribution You Can Build On

Every creator can become a new doorway into your brand

Selected creators build dedicated brand accounts rather than relying only on their personal audience. Those accounts create more places for the brand to publish, learn, and earn organic discovery.

A clear brand identity

Every account follows approved visual, voice, disclosure, and content guidelines.

A real person behind the content

Creators bring their own delivery, setting, perspective, and way of explaining the product.

A durable operating asset

Accounts, access, recovery, and ownership are documented so the program is not dependent on one creator.

A bridge to paid growth

With the right rights, eligibility, and permissions, strong creator content can inform or support future paid campaigns.

Where the Engine Publishes

Native content for the platforms your audience already uses

Instagram UGC

Reels, Stories, and Feed

TikTok UGC

Native short form video at scale

YouTube UGC

Shorts and long form

Facebook UGC

Feed and Reels for Meta

Your program can focus on one platform or combine them. We recommend the mix that matches where your audience discovers products, not the longest possible list.

What SocialThriveLab Manages

The work your team should not have to chase

01

Creator sourcing and vetting

We define the right creator profile, recruit candidates, review their work, and build a reliable roster around your audience and category.

02

Briefs and content direction

We turn brand goals into clear content pillars, hooks, examples, boundaries, and deliverables creators can use.

03

Account setup and governance

We coordinate handles, profile setup, access, recovery, security, brand presentation, and creator roles.

04

Production and approval

We manage submissions, quality review, feedback, revisions, and approval before content goes live.

05

Publishing and continuity

We maintain the agreed cadence, monitor delivery, and keep backup creators ready when the roster changes.

06

Learning and iteration

We review content and account performance to identify useful hooks, formats, creators, and themes for the next cycle.

How It Works

From brand brief to a living creator network

01

Define the creator profile

We learn the product, audience, voice, boundaries, and content goals before anyone is recruited.

02

Recruit and approve the roster

We source creators who match the audience and content style. You approve the final people before production begins.

03

Build the accounts and playbook

We set up dedicated accounts, access rules, content pillars, briefs, disclosures, and publishing expectations.

04

Create and publish continuously

Creators produce and publish on the agreed cadence while we manage quality, approvals, scheduling, and continuity.

05

Learn, retain, and refresh

We keep strong creators, replace weak fits, and use performance signals to improve the next cycle.

Real People Are the Point

A brand voice becomes more believable when real people can make it their own

Creators bring different faces, homes, routines, explanations, objections, and points of view. That variation gives the brand more ways to connect than one polished studio voice can produce.

Human content still needs clear standards. Every creator receives approved claims, disclosure requirements, brand boundaries, and a review path. Real does not mean uncontrolled.

The Operating Rhythm

What every program cycle looks like

No mystery process and no invented results. These are the working documents and checkpoints every client sees.

Every cycle

The brief that starts it

Creators receive content pillars, example hooks, approved claims, boundaries, and disclosure requirements before anything is filmed.

Every submission

The review that protects the brand

Submissions pass quality review and brand approval before publishing. You see what is coming and can flag anything before it goes live.

Every month

The learning that compounds

We report what published, what earned attention, which creators and angles worked, and what the next brief will do differently.

Each service can be purchased separately when capacity permits.

Currently at capacity

We are growing capacity without lowering the standard

A creator engine depends on careful recruiting, clear briefs, reliable review, account governance, and consistent communication. Demand currently exceeds the number of programs our team can manage well, so new delivery starts are paused while we grow the team.

You can apply to qualify now. We will review your fit and send an invitation when a delivery opening is available.

There is no commitment. Your application holds a place in the review queue, not a guaranteed start date.

Rates and Funding

How engagements are priced and funded

Programs are funded in advance so SocialThriveLab can process creator payments, managed program rates, and performance based rewards as activity is confirmed.

Managed Program Rate

Your complete rate for activating and managing each creator within the program. Rates reflect the approved scope, content requirements, cadence, permissions, availability, and level of program support involved.

Program rates are confirmed before activation and may vary by creator, scope, market conditions, and current availability.

Program Balance

Before launch, the approved program amount is added to your SocialThriveLab Program Balance, so creator payments, managed program rates, variable rewards, and performance based program charges can be processed as activity occurs.

The required launch balance is confirmed before launch, and you can review program activity and balance usage through your account.

Common Questions

Everything you need to know

UGC means creator made content that feels native to the social platforms where people discover it. In this service, real creators build dedicated brand accounts, create the content, and publish through a managed program.

The core model is dedicated brand accounts: each selected creator builds and runs an account created for your brand. Personal account collaborations can be added when both sides agree, but the durable asset is the dedicated account network.

The client. Every dedicated account is owned by your brand or contractually transferable to it, with documented access, recovery methods, and creator roles. You receive an account registry so ownership never becomes vague.

Content rights are documented in writing per program: organic posting rights, editing rights, duration, and any paid usage permissions are agreed separately, so you always know exactly what the brand can do with each asset.

Instagram with Reels, Stories, and Feed, TikTok for native short form video at scale, YouTube for Shorts and long form, and Facebook for Feed and Reels. Your program can focus on one platform or combine them.

For best results, your brand should have a high quality, professional account with over 10,000 followers, depending on your category and competition.

We define the creator profile with you, source and vet candidates against it, review their previous work, and present a roster for your approval. Nobody creates for your brand without your sign off.

Yes. You approve the roster before production begins and content passes brand review before it publishes. Turnaround expectations are agreed up front so approvals never become the bottleneck.

Every creator receives disclosure requirements as part of the brief, and the approval workflow checks that material relationships are clearly disclosed. We include disclosure and approval workflows in every program.

The roster includes backup creators, and account access is controlled so the program never depends on one person. We replace weak fits and onboard replacements without the client restarting from zero.

Yes, when the paid usage rights and platform permissions are in place. Strong creator content can feed managed campaigns through Meta Creative and Ads Management, including partnership ads where Meta eligibility and creator permissions allow.

Demand currently exceeds the number of programs our team can support at the standard we expect. We are expanding carefully so quality stays high. You can apply to qualify now, and we will send an invitation as soon as a delivery opening is available.

As soon as a delivery opening is available. Your application enters the review queue, and we send the invitation the moment we can take your program on properly. We do not promise dates we cannot stand behind.

Standard pricing reflects the number of creators, platforms, publishing cadence, content rights, and program support required. We confirm the scope and pricing after your qualification conversation.

Creator compensation is set for each opportunity based on the work involved and the conditions of the program. Factors may include the content format, production requirements, publishing cadence, usage rights, category experience, creator fit, location, turnaround time, current creator availability, and demand for that type of work.

Because assignments and market conditions differ, rates may vary between creators, deliverables, and program cycles. Every creator receives the scope, expectations, and offered compensation before deciding whether to participate.

Creators are never required to accept an assignment, and an accepted rate does not change after the work begins unless the scope changes and a new amount is agreed.

Each placement is priced according to the approved scope and the operating requirements of the program. Factors can include creator fit, content format, production complexity, publishing cadence, usage permissions, timing, availability, and the level of management required.

You will see and approve the applicable Managed Program Rate before the creator is added to your roster.

Before accepting an opportunity, creators receive the information needed to evaluate the work, including:

  • The expected deliverables
  • Content and publishing requirements
  • Timeline and cadence
  • Usage and account expectations
  • Revision requirements
  • Offered compensation

The offer may reflect current demand, creator availability, content complexity, required experience, turnaround time, and the needs of the individual program. Creators can accept or decline each opportunity.

Before a creator program begins, the approved program amount is added to your SocialThriveLab Program Balance.

This advance balance allows SocialThriveLab to manage creator payments, performance based rewards, variable program charges, and other approved costs as activity occurs. Funding the program in advance helps creators receive timely payments and allows the campaign to continue without pauses for individual transactions or repeated billing approvals.

The required balance is confirmed before launch based on the approved roster, content scope, publishing cadence, incentive structure, and expected program activity. You can review program activity and balance usage through your account.

A program will begin once the required balance has been funded.

Creator programs generate payments and performance based rewards throughout the campaign. Funding the approved Program Balance in advance allows SocialThriveLab to compensate creators as results are confirmed and keep the program running without payment delays or repeated funding requests.

The required amount is calculated from the approved program scope, creator roster, publishing cadence, managed program rates, and any applicable variable rewards or performance based charges.
